"I have been a State Farm insurance customer at two points in my life. I've been taken care of both times. I was bait-and-switched by another insurance company, tried a few other national and local companies, and ended up going back to State Farm at this same location. I can always get someone when I call, and my questions are answered thoroughly. I feel they try to inform and educate me without selling coverage or products I do not need at this stage of my life, but still help me meet my family's needs. I appreciate this. I especially enjoy working with Christina and Megan - they are real gems! You can tell they enjoy their jobs. They are always kind and helpful when needing to update or change coverages. I won't make the mistake of leaving again."
